I wanna rant.
I just watched Bleach episode 271, and I got so angry that I skipped the whole episode... after looking at the IchiThing of course.
Firstly, the translations were all wrong (I know because Sleepyfans was right and that one was wrong) making the whole thing look IchiHime, which you guys know I really can't stand.
Secondly, looking at Inoue being so damn dependent on Ichigo makes me feel sick. She's one of my favourite characters, but really, she HAS got to stop crying out for help! In the manga (they censored it in the anime) Ishida's arm was torn off, Ichigo was 'killed', his Hollow was brought out after so damn long of training, why? All because Inoue just sat there and cried when something happened.
Now, imagine it was Rukia (I'm not using this comparison just because I'm IchiRuki). She would have done anything in her power, anything to save Ichigo before Ulquiorra blasted a Cero in his face. Kido, Hakuren, hell, she would even have shunpoed up there to save him at the risk of her own life! But what did Inoue do? Sat there and watched fearfully as Ulquiorra killed him.
If she had just joined the team in fighting the day before then I have nothing to say. She has seen death, she has seen fighting and she has once seen her 'Kurosaki-kun' getting all cut up.
So why? Why did she just stand there and let Ichigo die? Was it because she was hoping that Ichigo would wake up and stop Ulquiorra? Was she hoping that a miracle would happen? Or what?
That's what pisses me off so much.
And then even after Ichigo was dead, she still called for his help.
WHAT??
She once promised herself that she wouldn't rely on Ichigo anymore. And now what? He's dead. DEAD. What the hell are you doing asking him for help.
Once again, I use Rukia as comparison. Ishida is dying, Ichigo is dead, and she is about to die. What is she going to do? Sit by Ichigo's body and scream for help? NO. She's Rukia, and she's gonna fight to her death. She'll exhaust whatever method she has to protect everyone, revive Ichigo and kill Ulquiorr. Even if Ulquiorra has her by her neck with his sword halfway through her stomach, she'll keep trying, because that's Rukia.
Okay, now I'm tired. Maybe I should just concentrate on the upcoming IchiRuki reunion (I hope) in the manga,
